Hi: I received the order this morning. Your service is much appreciated...
I get emails like this frequently and they always make me smile because I try to ensure my orders go out in a timely fashion and that my customers are satisfied.
In that email Ron also asked about another product he was interested in. I only mention this because I want customers and potential customers to know I welcome questions regarding products, whether or not they are listed in my inventory.
I'm always very happy to help. If I don't have a product, I will get it if feasible.
All this is to say, I appreciate your patronage and don't mind earning it.
