OK, if you were to judge this bass on size alone, you would not be so impressed. It is 11 inches at best. Double barrel topwater frog

I was playing around with a sample product that I have just been given and I have to say I like it. The product is The Flymen Fishing Company's Surface Seaducer Double-barrel Popper and Slider body as well as the matching eyes and hook. I'm pretty sure I'll be stocking these things before bass season arrives. Let me know if this product appeals to you. I should note that I coloured the white head. Someone more artistic could have done a much better job.

The Cat's Whisker is an excellent fishing fly in that it is easy to tie and often very effective. Here's the recipe: Hook: Any 3X streamer hook, typically from size 6 to 12. Thread: White or Yellow 6/0 or any other colour that complements the fly. Body : Yellow, medium chenille Tail: White strung marabou Wing: White strung marabou Topping: Three strands of silver flashabou type material on each side of wing, cut to length to end of tail.
