My pike fly progression

When I was younger, I used to fish for pike with one and only one fly , an over-sized white bucktail streamer with a silver-ribbed body. It worked well enough and my rationale was that the pike were going to rip my fly apart anyhow, so why bother putting too much effort into it. Well, times have changed.
